Fermenting: 26/02/2005 Bottled: 06/03/2005
I bought this box from Big W for $15. Contained Brewiser stuff, a can of Pacific Draught (extra pale ale), an ultra brew, some hallertau hops. Used my new bench capper when bottling. Could be great, or it could be shocking.
Turned out to be quite drinkable. An easy drinking pale ale, only lightly bittered, but with some light hop flavour and aroma. A great beer for people not used to home brew, as it is quite comparable to commercial styles.
