Fermenting: 14/03/05 Bottled: 28/03/05
My first Morgans beer – can of Golden Sheaf Wheat Beer, can of brew enhancer, half kilo of dextrose, and some hallertau hops. Left fermenting a week more than required as I was too lazy to clean bottles. Should aid clarity, though.
Quite dark for a wheat beer, and full bodied to boot. Not at all what I was expecting. A little disappointing, though easy enough to drink.
