Just got back from visiting my Mum down at Sanctuary Point for a couple of days.
Highlights:
- Sleeping in
- Not going to work
- Thai at Huskisson
- Helping Mum run errands
- Actually going to lots of places I’ve seen on maps
Lowlights:
- Whale watching cruise got canceled due to ‘conditions’ – tourism speak for lack of interest
- Very cold at night
- Not making it to church
When you’re down there next, try Basin Bites for lunch. When we’re on holidays down there… we’re regular lunchtime patrons.
I’ve been there – it’s a couple of streets over from where Mum lives.
Priscilla loved their Lindt hot chocolate – they give you a mug of hot milk and a crucible of melted Lindt Extra Creamy milk chocolate. She licked both vessels clean!
